Since starting my journey as a Support Engineer in 2012, I've honed a wide range of skills that ensure high availability and proactive management of various business applications. My toolkit includes proficiency with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Oracle EMCC, and Nagios, and I'm adept with both Windows and Linux environments, not to mention Java app servers like Tomcat and Oracle Weblogic/Fusion Middleware. In 2021, I advanced to an EAI Consultant role, where I now serve as a vital link between customers and development teams. In this capacity, I coordinate releases, patches, upgrades, and the deployment of new services. My expertise extends to Oracle Fusion Middleware products such as Weblogic, OSB, SOA, OHS, OSM, and Oracle Database, as well as Oracle Linux/Solaris. I'm also proficient with third-party applications and have gained valuable cloud experience and certifications with Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud. Additionally, I have administrative experience with the Atlassian product suite—including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket—and Office 365 tools, which further supports my ability to manage and streamline project workflows effectively.
